How do vouchers work?

Buy an experience and it becomes a voucher in your account — a QR code the merchant scans when you visit. Vouchers work offline, carry all the fine print with them, and show directions to the door.

When does my voucher expire?

Every offer states its expiration before you buy, and your voucher shows it front and center. We'll also remind you before one lapses.

What if the deal sells out or I change my mind?

Each offer lists its refund policy before checkout. When an offer is refund-eligible, you can request one from your order page within the stated window and it goes back to your original payment method.

Do I need to print anything?

No — your phone is the voucher. If your battery dies, staff can look you up by the short code on your order confirmation email.

What are Neighborhood Clubs and Drops?

Clubs are free memberships for the neighborhoods you love — members shop limited Drops an hour before everyone else. Join from any neighborhood page.
