Pricing

You pay when you get paid. No listing fee, no monthly minimum, no setup cost, and nothing to cancel if you stop.

Deals & vouchers

20%of each sale

Taken only on vouchers people actually buy — unsold listings cost nothing. Card processing (2.9% + 30¢ on Stripe) is deducted separately, at cost. On Square you keep the full 80% and Square bills you directly.

Sell a $50 voucher on Stripe, keep $38.25 — $10.00 commission and $1.75 processing.

Event tickets

$0to you

You keep the full face value. The fee is 5% + $0.99 per ticket plus card processing, paid by the ticket buyer — about 1112% all-in, which is roughly what Eventbrite and DICE charge.

Sell a $25 ticket, keep $25. The buyer pays about $27.97.

The discovery rail optional

10% of face value

Switch it on and we promote your event in browse, search, the newsletter and The Buzz. You're charged only on tickets bought by someone who found you through us — never on your own link, your Instagram, or a friend's text. If we can't tell, it counts as yours. Set a cap per event so you always know the worst case, and see the split in your event report.

When you get paid

Money goes to your own Stripe or Square account — Coupian never holds it. Voucher revenue settles on your normal payout schedule. Ticket revenue is held until 48 hours after the event ends, because a show that doesn't happen has to be refundable. That applies to everyone, and it's the reason a cancelled night doesn't become a problem for the people who bought tickets.

Rates shown are the standard ones and may differ if we've agreed something else with you in writing. Card processing rates are set by Stripe and Square, not by Coupian.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to process payments securely. One more remembers whether you found an event through Coupian, which is how we decide what an organizer is charged. We don't run advertising trackers and we don't sell your data. What we use
