What we collect
Your email, name and phone (if provided), your orders and vouchers, and the support messages you send us. Payment card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To deliver purchases and vouchers, process refunds, answer support requests, and — only if you opt in — send offer emails. Merchants see what they need to honor your voucher (your first name and the voucher state), not your contact details.
Security
Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm, sessions can be revoked instantly, and sensitive staff actions are audit-logged. Two-factor authentication is available on every account.
Your choices
You can update your profile, opt out of marketing, and request account deletion at any time from the Help center.
