Coupian is a marketplace for vouchers redeemable at independent local merchants. The merchant — not Coupian — provides the underlying goods and services. Each offer carries its own terms, redemption window and expiration, shown before purchase.
Prices are shown at checkout and charged in full when your payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe; Coupian never stores your card details. A voucher becomes active only after payment confirmation.
Each voucher is redeemable once, in person, at the issuing merchant, within the offer's redemption window and before its expiration date. A redeemed, expired or refunded voucher cannot be used again.
Unredeemed vouchers may be refunded within the offer's stated refund window (14 days unless the offer says otherwise). Some offers are marked non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
You are responsible for your account credentials. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse or violation of these terms.
