Sales settle to YOU

Coupian never holds your money. On the Stripe rail, each sale settles to your connected Stripe account with Coupian's commission taken as an application fee. On the Square rail, payments land in your own Square account and commission is collected separately.

Reading your payout statement

Merchant → Payouts shows each period's gross, commission, and net, with every order listed. Refunds appear as deductions in the period they happen.

Payout looks wrong?

Open Merchant → Support → Payments & Payouts and pick the payout — its full breakdown attaches to your ticket automatically.
