How refunds work

The short version

Unredeemed vouchers inside the offer's refund window qualify. Each offer's fine print shows its policy — most are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if unredeemed.

How to request one

Open the voucher and tap Request refund, or go to Help & Support → pick the purchase → I want a refund. Refunds return to your original payment method; the gift-card portion (if any) returns to the gift card.

Timing

Once approved, the money leaves immediately on our side; banks typically post it within 5–10 business days.
